Hate to be one of those, but strikes me as AI. -Water disturbance starts simultaneously in multiple locations. -Strange brown “wave” that covers perimeter “fence” for several frames. -Same wave appears to cover fence on upper story patio (just left of and below center of video). -“Person” walking on and then disappearing/fading out from sloped, brown roof in lower left quadrant. -Boats/debris disappearing at end.
