I worked at a hatchery and everything was done by hand. They all didn't get to live, about every 1-2 in 7 chick's made the grade. The others were thrown in big garbage cans alive on top of each other. I didn't last at that job a week. It made me mad and sick to my stomach.😭🤮😡

Karen, Paul, Laura, Tina, etc; you guys are all right. Most of us can't fathom the cruelty or even think about the horrific torture these animals go through to feed us. Automated can be even worse (just like this video snippet) Home grown purchases are the best if you can find or afford them. Just watch some of the beef, milking cows, veal, hog, turkey videos by PETA, Humane Society, Ethical Farm Raised Animals. I know I can't eat meat for a while after viewing those documentaries. BUT if they are home grown or from places that do practice ethical animal husbandry...THEN I will. I'll also take a freshly shot pheasant over a tortured Chick Filet. Same with other meats. I just can't eat meat after viewing the reality behind the housing, processing etc. This was a good video reminder as well as your informative comments!! Thanks! 💕
