the bullet ricocheted off of a chest plate that Charlie had on. he chose a metal chest plate for its lightweight and concealment capabilities unfortunately. if he would have chose a different body armor he would probably still be alive today. there's a reason why his shirt jerked up in the air because it hit the body armor and ricocheted into his neck. a 30-06 does not leave a hole that big on Entry. on exit yes but not on entry. if you people don't realize this then you know nothing
