elderly white lady lived for 40 years on the property where I worked. This was not the best neighborhood in the early 90's and there were drug dealers on the corners. one day somebody decided to rob the lady the drug dealers went and caught them and gave her back her things. There once was respect for the elderly.
Old lady has a rock thrown at her by animals. Old lady calls cops. Cops are the bad guys now? This is a perfect example of these people are incapable of progress and prosperity.

If you live across the street from a school,a park or any recreational area, expect some noise. Now if it’s after 9 at night I get it, but it’s daytime and that’s where the one problem is. The 2nd is young people use words and respect she probably wouldn’t hear noise but young people rapping. The police mess it up with bad policing. The first thing they teach us is de-escalation, especially when dealing with a crowd.
