Kids can be cruel, it will get better buddy. Stand up to them. As hard as it sounds, they won’t mess with you if they know you’re willing to stand and fight. I understand some will say violence is not the way I get it, but it worked for me when I was a kid after I whipped my bully and I was fine after that.
I just want to give him a hug and tell him those people are just jealous because being different is is rare and anything rare in my experience is worth way more than something normal 🥰

I had a friend in school that could be his dad. he didn't have many friends but he got a few more by the time we made it to high-school. He also got one of the boys who made fun of him girlfriends to date him. it gets better
absolutely heartbreaking. nobody is perfect so nobody has the right to make another person feel bad about how they look. ur heart is what is important not ur looks. keep God in ur heart and he will see u thru this.
