my oldest sister would eat silkworms and Amy's and grasshoppers and crickets frog legs brains and kidneys and tounge. it would gross me out. im very very very much younger than her. I don't know if she still eats that way. she is 102 and is still running her home and riding her horses. she spins her rabbits fur then knits it into the prettiest things. so eating insects might be a good thing personally I just can't

These are wasp grubs. I saw them passing them out with tweezers right out of the nest at a market in Vietnam. Everyone who walked by was eating them like popcorn. The locals were loving it, so I thought why not… It was like a juicy explosion in your mouth that tasted like creamy dirt… I only ate one.

Some kind of insect larvae, these and grubs are roasted and are very nutritious. Along with grasshoppers and other insects

Perhaps bee larvae on steroids! The octagonal honey combs are HUGE...not normal!? Unless magnified.
