Has anyone else done jiu jitsu, wrestling, or even horseplay with family or friends? When you drag someone by their foot, they don't try and tap you on the hand. They grab the ground and kick their legs. They try to prevent the slide. The reaction in the video is so stupid, because he doesn't want to mess up the shot. If you were legit terrified, you'd be doing anything you could to stop from being dragged. It's the natural reaction.
