I'm sorry but I agree that Memphis needs to be cleaned up. However, there's so much corruption in public and private entities until it's not even funny!

This some simple 💩, look if you put security guards on the streets the same way you put our National Guards your crime will go down. You don’t need to spend millions. Next: what do you think will happen to the crime rate after the guards are gone? Trump doesn’t solve problems he moves them to somewhere else. He did the same thing to the homeless in D.C.
