How is this justice? The parents are responsible! Even though it's a lifeguards job to try and keep everyone safe he did his job! The parents are endangering the child!! 🤔👍

people who sue people who have saved their lives or the life of their loved ones should be put in jail for the lack of gratefulness and their disrespectful response to the people who have gone to trouble that they have no obligation to respond to just to be a decent citizen and a human being with the basic principles of the way civilized people who have a basic level of human compassion and the belief that all people benefit from cooperation and the ability to help others to be able to get the help in unexpected matters that are totally unpredictable will benefit the people in their entirety and will be a good benefit to humanity in the entirety people don't realize how much easier and richer a community is by the effort to be willing to cooperate voluntarily and save one another when you get the opportunity to some people should just stay under their rock if they can't appreciate a good citizenship practice of basic respect and common courtesy

Ungrateful parents… I once thought had to in street clothes, jump over ten foot fence, run and jump into pool to save my daughter during swim lessons!!! Oh but it’s true!!! Girl life guards were chatting with boys… having kids swim across the pool four times… even tho kids were not making it… some stopped but my kid kept trying to make third lap… but she went under… I yelled But guards were like not in the moment… After jumping in I grabbed my daughter and pulled her out… she was choking… lifeguards yelled at me saying,”you can’t be in here!” I was like hit pause because they didn’t see what was going on! I was very frickkng firm to say the least but told them I was not pleased in least bit!!! Always good to be extra eyes around water!!!

Shame on the neglective parents. What was so important that they left a five year old at a pool without parental supervision . They should go to jail and the child taken away from them . How many times has he been left alone somewhere. The life guard is not a child care sitter . Shame on the abusive parents .

Lifeguards are human and have difficult job to do. Even though there were few kids in pool without supervision their playing could be difficult to observe. Since he was not screaming for help it's reasonable to misunderstand the situation
