That is a coinstar machine and you cant trick them. They are computerized to know what is junk and what is real. If the man was getting real money (credit slip), it's because he was putting real money into it. You cant force the machine to give credit for fake money. If you have to 'force' money into it , its most likely jammed.
First thought The coins are a material especially designed to be placed in the coin counting machine like regular coins would be however these coins are specially designed to clean the specific identifiers within the machine that identify the value and the type of coin being inserted this would be how he would make thousands being the creator of the coin like cleaner and cleaning thousands of machines with them

Coin machine was out of order in my bank , so the teller came around to unlock the machine and there was a separate compartment where the coins did not go through and weren't accountable. so i'm wondering how many people were ripped off by this. there was fifty cent pieces , silver dollar pieces , it was just unreal. So what i'm now saying is don't trust them machines. they can be keeping a lot of your coins that was unaccountable!

That's a "Coinstar" or similar device. You can't force one to accept coins that are damaged, excessively worn, or foreign to the area for which it was designed. At the Coinstar nearest me in the US, it won't take Canadian coins, even though I swear they are identical in size and weight to their American counterparts. The machine knows the difference, though.
