All these people complained about him spraying the dog and his language. Now what if he didn't do anything and the dog bit him. 🤔 Then what🤔 He sprayed the little dog and the dog didn't get hurt. Now his language. If she didn't say anything to him about her dog then he probably wouldn't have curses her out. He did it in anger because the dog barked at him and ran up to him aggressively.
