People are working multiple jobs and they're working hard at those jobs just to make ends meet. Doing something harder or faster doesn't give you extra income or more benefits, it just gives the employer extra effort on your part for the same amount they're paying you. And if they had their way, they would take away overtime pay holiday pay and any benefits they could just to line their pockets with more. We wouldn't have nearly the number of poor if the wealthy weren't so greedy. There's no reason why a business can't raise the wages of a person and not touch the prices and let the people at top take a little bit less. There's nothing wrong with that! They would still be making billions of dollars in profit, the people on the bottom would be able to live a more comfortable life and they'd be spending that money circulating it through and stimulating the economy.
