It’s part of the desensitization process. I watched people get stabbed every day in Ross correctional institution and I minded my business as if nothing happened. It’s sad because when you come home from all that it’s hard to re-integrate mentally. Emotionally you’re just unattached to everything. Believe me if you come home normal you haven’t done any real time or any time anywhere rough.

this is so sad and disturbing that something like that can happen right in front of the guards when they are being paid to protect the inmates and to make sure they have a safe environment I'm sure the guard was paid by the inmate to walk away from this not everyone in prison is in there for a violent crime and after they do their time they should walk out of there alive and ready to start a new life 😢
