This happened several years ago in the city of Tenafly, NJ, where the Comminissioner of Port Authority Police of New York/New Jersey attempted to intervene on recording, trying to get a charge dismissed. She attempted to push her ranks around which was disrespectful to the officers at the site. She later resigned from her position out of embarrassment of proof of her actions on video.
