Even slowing it down you can't tell if the lights were flashing or not. The light is in frame for only a split second. The light could have been between flashes. The guy was obviously speeding as well. The cop went after him so I'm guessing he could see what you could not. Don't get me started on the morons saying the cop was somehow the bad guy.

how do people even get their driver's license like this needs to be on an exam you're not supposed to pass a bus and you should be stopped like 25 to like 30 ft away from the front of the bus and the back of the bus my nephew got killed because of a drunk driver why he was trying to get on his bus and the drunk driver said he thought he hit a dog now my nieces has mental issues that she's overcoming what she's doing great but she lost her only child because of things like this laws need to be put in effect so this don't happen they need to redo the driver's manual for driver's ed and the exam for the drivers course when you go to the DMV.

no stop arm, means no stop sign, bus door closed, means driver had right of way. this is either a shitty entrapment that will be tossed in court, or a power trip from the cop. If neither of the above is the case, the bus driver (is a county driver and must complete a pre check on the vehicle before you even turn the key) failed to verify the condition of the vehicle, and should not be on the road.
