Nobody wear gloves anymore
When we ( baby boomers ) were taught to cook there was no gloves but years before me our grands didnโt have gloves. And no one got sick. Thats thanks to picking their own veges raising their own animals for eggs and meat . No chemicals no hormones. Yes I eat out but less and less. Folks are nasty ๐คข

Every chicken place I go to wears gloves and as far as sticking the chicken in the grease you can still have on gloves, that's what the prongs are for and they don't reach in there to get the chicken out barehanded they use prongs.Not wearing gloves is disgusting and what most third world countries do!!!๐

Not cooked I wouldnโt eat that
when I was kid my mom would cook dinner (lunch) then just cover up the left overs with a table cloth. when it was supper time she'd heat it up and we sat down to eat. Nobody ever got sick and no she didn't wear gloves but She would wash her hands numerous times. I'm 77 and still kicking!

Never cooked or prepared Any Chicken or Meat dishes without wearing gloves otherwise it is a turn off by the customers who's buying their food.

I don't wear gloves for prep or cooking, but I wash my hands before gathering my supplies, before cutting fruit, veggies, and meat, and I wash my hands during the cut and after. I immediately wash my wood cutting board with Dawn antibacterial dish soap, scrubbing in every direction for about 3 minutes. Note: I have used this same wood board for 20 years, it hasn't made anyone sick or dead, so don't say it.
