Ill only save young kids ive seen a few videos of lifegaurds drowning trying to save someone, what happens is the person that cant swim pulls the lifeguard under to breath and then eventually ends up drowning both of them. Humans naturally float, if you’re ever around water and cant swim, relax and float on your back.
