Why are you wining about millions when you have stolen trillions in natural resources, fostered infighting and corruption, and kept nations from benefiting from the land. The parts of Africa that are third world and that way because of colonialism. The aid is just to make some folks feel better about the damages being done!

This is the perfect example of “You can’t fix stupid”. I’m not talking about literacy, I’m talking IQ. Some countries in Africa have an average IQ of 79. In the US, that’s mentally impaired. Also, if you count the elites in those countries that are doctors, engineers, politicians etc. how much did they raise that IQ to the average.

Very ironic how all these white westerners are able to evaluate and determine how and why African countries are the way they are today but unable to show the root cause which is western countries thievery of Africa's resources for their enrichment and development. Without those resources I wonder where many of them would be today?

The main difference is that nearly every government in Africa is paid for by one of the major superpowers. The very last thing you want is for Africa, the most mineral rich continent on earth, to become stable and not let you control those minerals.

With the world in shambles right after the 2nd world war except for the Western hemisphere. Because the war was fought in Europe, Africa and Asia the countries most affected by the war needed help to recover and rebuild. The US was booming because it became the world’s supplier and chose to help them. The money went out and there was no accountability for where the money went. It would help to have the money repaid but only one country has, Russia. Free money should come with a repayment plan.

for one...no country has given anything....every penny spent in Africa was done with a strategic plan....pay this guy and he does your bidding when the west is done with him...or if a different country outfits his rivals with bigger guns and missiles ..hes outed and the next dictator takes over ...and if anyone dare to protest in a way that makes real problems thier killed or imprisoned...you talk about Africa likes its one country....and since you brought up Europe being rebuilt.....that was less then 50 years after Leopold killed...what 10 to 15 million Africans ...and the world didn't make a peep about it....yeah you can blame the condition of some African countries on mismanagement ,but to act like the world isn't complicit with a concerted effort to keep things that way by paying agent provocateurs and other means of destabilization...then your showing your true colors and that your opinions seem to be based more on bias then any real interpretation of Africa's current situation
