My husband and I had 4 girls, he was so happy to be a daddy of princesses except they turned out to be nothing close to a princess 😂. We did get our boy when his mother abandoned him with us. I was 42 and all of my girls had moved out and on their own, we started over again🥰. He will be 20 years old tomorrow. 😲
Years ago, one of my work friends had a baby. the father had the audacity to come down to the lab where we worked and started complaining about it being a girl instead of the boy he wanted! We told him he should be thankful for what he got, and the fact that his wife had to go through many hours of labor to have this healthy baby! We also informed him that HE (his sperm) determined the sex of the baby, not the mother! He looked like he had been slapped in the face with a pissy diaper! She gave him a total of two children, both beautiful girls, before she divorced him! He never did get a son!
Be thankful that you had a healthy baby. I'm the mother of one child who happens to be a son, and I thank God often that he was born healthy. I refuse to allow the doctors to give me any pain medicine. I watched him being born with a large mirror in front of me . I had to have 21 stitches and he had a broken shoulder. The pain was worth it.

I never wanted to know the sex of my babies before they were born. I just have always thought that this was the best surprise you could have. But with both of my pregnancies I said I wanted a girl. until the nurses laid those precious little boys in my arms. I looked at them and knew that they were exactly what I wanted! beautiful, healthy baby boys! those boys have grown into fine men. and like their father, they treat me like a Queen! I decided long ago that I kinda like being the only female in this family. until they are ready to start their own life with someone they love. I am truly blessed.
