Those asking if this would be self defense: I’m no lawyer, but I think that this would be a hard case to prove self defense. Yes, we have the right to defend person and property against death and great bodily harm, but the attack doesn’t justify the defense. Meaning the man who broke the mirror was very aggressive but was unarmed. The driver should’ve de-escalated and backed away, then called the proper authorities. Now instead of being a persecutor he’ll be the defense, ya dig?
