Dominicans have the highest african dna out of all spanish countries. They are considered mulatos by science since more than half of their dna is african. Sub Saharan to be exact but she does have some european (spaniards) dna and taino dna. We latinos are tri-racial but hey the majority of black folk dont accept Obama or Kamala Harris as black. Yet back in the day you couldn't enter white area off the texture of your hair. My uncles are white skinned puertoricans with afros they had to be on the black side during segregation.
