OK, I'll say it.. either that's his first time riding or he's a MORON. Since that bike would've been in gear, he had more than enough time to gas and go the second he saw those reverse lights come on, and could easily have gotten around that van before it had any chance to adjust or even get it back in to drive. Doesn't matter if it was fraud or road rage, it happened because the rider didn't protect himself.
