It then shows her breaking a window with the gun. “That was a wake-up call because when she shot the gun started jamming on her. It was a sign because my dad’s ashes are right there by the window. It was like he was protecting us.” 30-year-old Cynthia Deluna was arrested yesterday. She was charged with deadly conduct with a firearm and unlawfully carrying a weapon. Even though she’s behind bars the woman’s whose home was shot at still cannot sleep peacefully because the video shows Deluna communicating with someone in a silver Toyota Camry.
