The emergency lights were flashing on the cruiser and you stopped your motorcycle, well done
To all you people believing the cops light bar was activated, I'll tell you what you saw. As the car turned around, you see a somewhat bright flash coming from the lightbar as the angle reflected light back towards the camera. Was the light you see red and/or blue? NO! It was whitish in color. Hence, a reflection. So no lights were on. End of story.
Can anyone tell me what that turn is called? There’s a name for that type turn.

a cop backed out on the road from a driveway. No lights. I had to slam on the brakes and my child flew off the back seat. This was before child seats were used in the seventies. Cop was upset because he lost the car he was chasing and claimed that I caused the problem. Another time a trooper passed my son's school bus on the right side, going the same direction as my son was getting off the bus. Luckily the bus driver saw the cop and yanked my son back just in time. The cop was speeding.
Maybe it wasn’t illegal, but it was rather stupid move to do right in front of another vehicle . Not the best choice for the cop .good thing the biker was able to stop.

What’s dirty he got a call and had to turn around maybe the sun down didn’t let him see the bike coming or maybe the sun blinded him for that few seconds happened to me a few days ago when sun was coming I was blinded for a few seconds I was going really slow to get on the highway do to traffic the sun hit me just right and I didn’t see the pickup truck turning in from my left till he was at my side
