I had an uncle who worked at a gas station in the 70s and someone tried to rob him while he was pumping gas. Didn’t turn out well for them because he ALWAYS had a cigarette in his mouth. He doused them with gas and then flicked the cigarette on him. After the local news reported it he never had anyone try it again!

you better tell them the pumps will not spray gas out of it unless you got two hands free and you pull the collar back on it ..it will not pump any gas till you pull the collar back and hold it back then you can use it..that may be usefull to tell someone if they were in a bad place

sounds like a good idea but all gas pumps don't work that way if they are not pushed down into the tank they will not work.
and make sure you lock the doors on your vehicle at the same time you're putting gas simple tips
Many new pumps require the vent recovery sleeve to be pushed in to work as well. Found this out trying to fill gas cans.
