I don't know what you cut and don't really care, I want to know what you cut it with. I would bet that's the toughest hose you EVER cut.
oh well that just shows how intelligent you really are that's not a hose evidently and you would have known that if your battery was connected because you would have got electrocuted and I don't see why you were cutting anything to be changing the steering shaft that's not that big a deal pretty easy this is why you need a professional you don't know what you're doing don't get under the hood you must be a Democrat

Good luck with that! You could take a torch and heat both ends up real good. Stick them together and put electric tape on it. It’ll work just fine. You’ll be on the road again in no time!

Just get a new wire harness and unplug it from the ecm and bcm and plug in a whole harness because it is not the easiest to patch all those wires or splice them all it will be 4 times the size by time you try that way. Just get a whole used or new wire harness and I accidentally pulled a plastic clip on my 72 pin plug for bcm and all the pins popped out and I could never get them back together correctly again. And dont feel all alone!! I had a similar learning experience myself!!

just refill the blinker fluid..
if replacement isnt an option, soldering and shrink tubing is the next best option. take it to a professional or call in a favor to a friend with some experence and an automotive scanner. disconnect your battery and pray you have not shorted out critical modules ( pcm, tcm, bcm, exc.) if you butt connector that harness you will be chasing eternal issues. only use heat shrink connectors on anything exposed to the elements when using butt connectors. advise from a 21 year automotive technician
