Because Congress makes the rules and they are all a bunch of crooks. How does Congress justify getting early stock market information before the public is notified. Are they underpaid or is this deal a little perk to keep Congress Happy. It is far from fair and should be eliminated for everyone affiliated with Congress, the Administration and the Supreme Court.
