Came across a car sideways like this on the AC expressway late at night. Still dont know how I managed to squeeze between it and the guardrail doing 65 mph. There was no time to stop since the car was practically invisible without its lights on.

You are also supposed to go to the far lanes the very end lanes when an officer is there even when an officer pulled off to the side of the road you don’t go in the lane next to the officer even you need to be two lanes away minimum and slow down. These cars were staying in the lanes right next to the car like literally flying by a police car like that even if the police car was on the side of the road with the car pulled over you come flying down The slow lane and pass the cop like that you get in trouble you gotta move over a lane so there’s a free lane in between you and the police car that’s the way it is you can’t even stay in the slow lane if the cars off the side of the road the police car you supposed to move over into the middle or fast lane depending on how the freeway is you don’t sit and flyby right next to the police cars and both of these cars did that!
