I had a cousin who lost his eye while watching an arrow that he shot up in the air & then watched it come down straight & landed right in his eye. What part of that is dumb?
And people wonder why lawn darts were banned.

My parents told me never shoot an arrow straight up , and what did I do ? I went out and shot an arrow straight up , I saw the arrow go up and disappeared and I kept looking up wondering what happened to it and then I thought I saw a tiny dot and that Arrow landed a foot from me , I did everything I was not supposed to do ,it is one of Gods miracles that he saved me so many times , thank you Lord !

You people don’t know anything about rounds falling from above. There is not enough weight in a bullet that if you dropped it from a thousand feet that it could hurt you this has been proven scientifically on paper and in real life physically. Now I don’t know about an arrow. It does have more mass so it might penetrate. As for a bullet it will bounce off your and probably hurt🇺🇸👍
I knew a Soldier in Iraq who, while sitting on his cot, leaning over was tying his boots. He heard this noise, and he said it sounded like a loud 'TINK', then there was a 'splat' right next to him.
