Mailman sprayed pepper spray on our mail, knowing that our dog would get it!! WTH!! Our dog did come in contact with the mail and started foaming at the mouth. My husband not realizing what happened grabbed the mail and got it on his hands, of course his eyes started watering and red. Just from the smell and close contact.
