I parked in someone else's driveway and fell asleep. I thought it was mine. it was my 3rd 16hr shift. My bag had nursing print all over it and i had my scrubs on. The lady that owned the house let me sleep. I woke up to a note on my window telling me to come on in and have a good meal. I was welcome to a good shower and clean scrubs if I had to go back to work. she was a retired nurse ❤️. She was a wonderful lady. I made a great friend that day. She passed a few years later, but never forgotten. 💕
In general a 12 hr shift is brutal as a nurse or health care worker. Hats off to every health care worker. 🙏🏼🌸
I will always think it's fucked up that the HEALTH INDUSTRY works it's employees into BAD HEALTH! Sleep deprivation, lack of time for decent meals. The loooooong shifts. Just disgusting how they show all kinds of good but treat employees so bad.
We appreciate our health care nurses and assistance aides who work their butts off in the medical feilds and careers. 🥰 💕🙏🌸
This isn't right, this is how people die.She has a job where the wrong drug administered or the wrong amount of a drug administered could kill someone. in fact, the number one killer of americans is not heart disease or cancer it is medical mistakes. i'm not blaming her. i'm blaming the hospital that she works for.
So why do medical workers work long hours? 🤔
It took me a minute to realize she used her badge. lol 😆 girl I do know that feeling lol
I know this brain-dead time !
I worked 108 hours 1 week and fainted 3x in a month that’s when I knew I had to quit and I will never go back.
Yall choose jobs that have huge hours and no pay 😂. Seems like every nurse in the country is like that
So this dangerous driver likely drove home in the same state of mind. Hmm, never thought of that huh?
One time I was so tired I tried to clock out with my debit card on the hand sanitizer on the wall 😂😂😂
I'm sorry for you but Hospitals around the country had done some sketchy 💩 during covid..not sorry😒
I work 13 hours a day doing harder work then what she dose I guess some people just can’t handle it
As a Respiratory Therapist that worked nights for twenty years, I completely understand this.....🤔
Poor woman. I'm just glad she made it home safely without hurting herself or someone else 🙏♥️!!!
I work at night as well. that 🚪 needs to open when I say open when I get home. I totally get it
Scary to think she has to work that kind of shift and then get behind the wheel to drive home.
When I work the doubles , those 10-15 min power naps really help me through part 2 of my day !
Hearing call lights while I showered and knocking on my bathroom door before leaving out 🤦🏽♀️
Girl, I’ve been there done that too many times!! Nuthin like the life of a night shift nurse!!
OMG!!! One Saturday I answered the phone “Good morning YNNH Daycare are can I help you? 🤦🏾♀️
Makenna is just a little bit no a lot better looking this girl is cute but Makenna is cuter
Poor thing she needs 2 days of sleep, thank y’all for everything all nurses and docters do
She's tired, she just pulled a 12 hour shift. She just wants to get cleaned up and chill.
I've been her it's tiring job that we refuse to quit I love my fellow Healthcare workers
I also work 12 hrs shifts, and I happen to try to unlock my apt door with my car keys lol
I worked at an elder care facility as an LNA overnights. God bless and keep your sister.
My wife does 12’s 7 pm to 7 am in the oncology ward and she comes home beat many times 🥺
It’s the bad attitudes they have at work that drains them worked amongst them for years
The medical field definitely doesn't care about u! Only what u can do for the company.
I feel her..... left my keys in the door the other night , car keys , all of it.smh....
I used to have the work 16 hours a day, five days a week. I know the feeling very well
Get some rest hun. Thanks for all the hard work you do to keep people alive and well.
She was trying to badge in the auto doors at work bless her heart! Now that is tired!
She tried to swipe herself in the front door.. I kno the feeling honey #hospitallife
THIS goes viral? wtf. Yeah I feel bad she worked a long shift, terrible hours but...
I never worked in a hospital but I have worked that shift and I was the same way 😴
Me after switching cars with keyless start and manual to auto and keyed ignition 😂
I've been there, done that!!! not as a nurse, but working those kind of shifts!!!

Awwwwe,I do understand,We love and appreciate ALL nurses,I always believed you nurses were heaven sent !!!!🙏💕💕
I left the supermarket with some groceries bags and got into somebody's truck and started putting my bags in the back and a guy turned around and it was the security guard from the supermarket it was so funny with so embarrassing but his truck look just like my friend's truck my friend was parked across the street smoking
😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂😂😂
Thank you for your service and for making it home safely!
She tried to badge into her home!!! Lol!!!!
Felt this asf but we ball - also a fellow healthcare worker
I pray that she gets some rest. People shouldn't have to kill themselves working so much. it's sad...
after a 16 hour i tried opening the elevator with my key fob 😂 nursing field ain’t for the weakkk
I feel you.
I don't get it. a hard working woman that is extremely tired and you think it's funny that she's having a problem getting in the door??
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Been there, done that
Yea she's cooked. lol. get some rest Lil lady.
That can be rough. My wife was arrested for suspicion of dui. She had basically worked two days of 14 hours each and wasn’t able to sleep the night in between. Luckily she didn’t get dui but but did get a hefty ticket. No sleep is no joke.
My mom used to work as a nurse and I completely understand this, cause she always mad.
12s are not that hard. I haul heavy equipment to jobs all day. 12 hour shifts are normal and im driving, throwing chains and tightening them down all day. I do 65-70 a week no problem.
Thank you Sis 🥰
