it's not always drugs sometimes people have narcolepsy I know a guy that would fall asleep in mid sentence.
You needed to walk over and shut the vehicle off and let him sleep. Take the keys out of the ignition too. I would have never let him drive in that state. I would have maybe talked to him when he woke up and told him his life was worth more than he paid for those drugs. I lost my 24yo son to an overdose. When I see this it makes me cry.
I remember being high off heroine and falling asleep at red lights, driving some where n falling asleep in n out while driving. Addiction is crazy! Recovery is possible but it takes you yourself to quit !

They are driving while under the influence of synthetic opioids. after they open the borders and Fentanyl came pouring in the country by the ton I realized by watching people rolling around on the sidewalks that they would also be driving under the influence so I kept my eye out I damn if one time I didn't get behind the car who was all over the road it appeared he was nodding he had me very worried and I was honking my horn a few miles down the road he finally turned off

I mean the car was in park. maybe he pulled over to rest his eyes for a little while and ended up slumping over like that. he woke up pretty easy for it to be drugs. you normally have to shake someone or rub their chest to wake them up when they pass out on dope. he also woke up to fast for drugs. normally it takes awhile to get someone that's high to fully wake up. I've been around this stuff all my life. 3 years clean. didn't look like a fetty sleep to me. if anything I think maybe he had been up to long on ice and is coming down.
