She obviously has physical issues and a disability ... she is Absolutely coherent 👍
Im retired Law Enforcement of over 20 years, Ive done hundreds of DUI cases. Because she has COPD doesnt mean she doesnt have another ailments that's making her walk this way. Her walk is not consistent with intoxication, plus she is immediately answering all his questions coherently and decisively. She is just saying she will have a hard time blowing in his Alco Sensor.
A number one. You don't know the symptoms of a stroke. Victim and/COPD they walk as if they're intoxicated. Mathematics, 101 call character reading.😳
She could possibly have neurological problems like MS hence her imbalance when walking, copd is why she can’t take a deep breath and blow into that instrument. I know because I have both. COPD & MS is no joke!!!
😆😆😆
People, she was just saying she has COPD and that would be the reason why she’s unable to blow for very long. It has nothing to do with why she’s walking that way. My guess is she has some other helmet that was causing her to walk that way because that does not look like the walk of an intoxicated person.
Hello dear ones my name is Joshua j Harris I am 1 of the 144,000 angelic such as you souls that volunteered to personally engage in the rescue mission to earth to love I know you feel something is different with this magnificent soul that appears to you in all love is not the same he once was I once was because I and is aware of what has transpired in this place please forgive him this is who is telling him it's a praise of his soul which he found and learned that is apart of god, good night mama my sincere apologies
i am a witness 🙏🙏
You start breathing really hard when COPD or even 25% of your heart function you won’t be able to catch a breath afterwards this is wrong. They’re asking a person with handicap to do this. I understand the reason behind it but when they have COPD or you have only 25% heart function, you use your breathing you can’t breathe afterwards. You will end up almost done. This is a wrongful thing for handicap people.
I could be wrong but I don’t think she was intoxicated.
SMH! Looks like the woman is elderly and disabled and not drunk what’s so ever,..that’s my opinion
SHE HAS DYSTONIA. She did not say “I got this gun”. Please correct the horribly egregious misleading captioning you have on this video.
that stupid cop doesn't understand what is copd...it's a shame
Sometimes a Cop has to be understanding ♦️
I don’t think she’s saying she has copd for walking like that. She’s saying she has COPD after he told her to blow harder into the breathalyzer
She appears to have the limp from a bad hip or past hip b surgery. I'm a nurse x 50 years. I recognize her gait.
Like someone said she is not faking, she letting officer know she can't blow into breathalyzer because she has COPD. She's not incoherent, she can suffering my a light stroke from the way she's walking. And being stop by a white cop and she has pistol can send her blood pressure up. Everyone is not a liar!
she probably has COPD and other problems as well. she obviously has a problem walking. she said usually need somebody to help her to walk. the officer was respectful we did not see the whole video but from what we saw everything looked legitimate. and I'm glad she got out of the car when asked.
You can clearly see that she has a disability
cop is not a doctor, any one can tell that this women is not well! 🤔
no overt evidence that she is intoxicated at all history of COPD This officer is over reacting no evidence of alcohol at all This is inappropriate
one of most uneducated officer no compassion you have totally irritated me as a retired. nurse
She actually walks like she has a disability of some sort — maybe a bad knee or hip — or simply balance issues that sometimes come with aging. I know — I can’t walk a straight line down a hallway without sometimes drifting slightly to the left or right!
This happened to a friend of mine. He had a neurological disorder that was newly discovered that he hadn't come to terms with. When the highway patrolman called me I said no sir he hasn't been drinking, he just got off work. He arrested him anyway. When the test came back negative he said we'll he must have taken something. Sir accept you are wrong. He hydroplaned on a wet road. He later died from that same condition.
she clearly states that she has a disability!
I remember getting pulled over with a small walking boot on my left foot. It looked like a regular shoe. Hadn't drank in over 15 yrs, blind in my left eye and blood sugar was off and he tried to make me do those DUI test, I fell he said I was shooting up because I was checking my blood sugar and giving myself insulin. After being arrested and taken to jail, there nurse or whatever she told them she needs to be transported to the hospital now right now, or she will be in a diabetic coma.
Is sad that she had to keep telling him about her disability.
my heart goes out to this lady 🙏
Yes hip surgery one leg is higher than the other.
It's obviously she has some health issues going on and need help she is and elderly.
Trooper treated the alleged criminal with the utmost respect
unnecessary harassment
I doubt that she's drunk or under the influence
interesting shows👍🤔😲
COPD 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 YEAH RIGHT 😂😂
She GOT Gin & Juice😆😆😆
he also could have taken her to the hospital to have a blood or urine alcohol test done. If she didnt consent them he could have gotten an warrant.
She was telling them she had a disability because of the way she walks and she also has COPD which is why she can't blow hard. She should tell them to take her to the hospital. While there get a blood alcohol level. And take that when she goes to court.
zIs he trying to kill her!!!????
I definitely feel deeply sad for her. I’m disabled myself and have to use a cane. I bet she has one in her car if they check. I just wonder how it turned out for her 💕🙏🏼
Regardless of what all you said about the cop being wrong. You're the ones who are wrong. He was just following protocol. Always remember if you follow policy, procedure and protocol, you'll never be wrong. He was very respectful towards her. I have COPD too,and don't walk that way. I too am a retitled ER nurse. If she had any defecits,ie: stroke or something else, I would do a full work up. Then with fact's in hand,it would be decided if she would be allowed to drive anymore.
I think the Police is very respectful and she is not drunk. it's the thought that's wrong 🙏
She said she has copd, you can't get a good deep breath, she is not steady on her feet, doesn't mean drunk, she could also be diabetic and needing her medication
That is a medical condition ,doesn't take genuis to see that .
I have stage 4 COPD with emphysema, it does not make me walk that way it does however make it hard for me to blow on that but I'd be willing to take a blood test so🤔
at the time she pulled off the car, I thought she was disabled.
COPD her oxygen level sounds normal when she says coPDEEE
Jail is all they think about. Disability, ( Moot)
She said "I got this foot", NOT I got this gun.
I like his patience and kindness. 👏👏👏
God bless them all. Thank you officer for your humbling taking care of her and not losing it when she said she has a gun 3x and she has COPD. In all respect🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼💕💕💕💕💕💕🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
Why is he trying to take her glasses off?
she's ok folks no judgement here💕
