Me too I had a beef roast steak T-bone steak that was so big and fed the whole faintly. It was a 5 pound steak 2 inches thick with the bone in it was like the best tasting steak I’ve ever eaten beefalo it’s half buffalo half cow

I know I’m weird. I’m not a vegetarian or anything. I never have been used to have barbecues my whole life all that kind of stuff I’m now 81 years old and for some reason meat kinda turns me off I don’t I’m not sure if it’s my age or I’m caring about the animals or I don’t know what it is, but I very rarely eat meat. I mean, I I have two babies four legged ones and I make Chicken for them by my chicken legs and everything I buy chicken livers all that kind of stuff for them and once in a while is a treat I’ll buy him ground beef, but I don’t need any of it and I have no idea why it kinda like turns me off. Don’t know why you. Well the way I look at it. I’m 81 years old now how much longer can I be around? It’s like you eat whatever the hell I want. Lasagna sounds great no meat no meat, meatballs or anything of course with it.

had to read up on this and apparently the cattle has a unique genetic predisposition to develop a high degree of intramuscular fat (marbling). Kobe beef is known for its high concentration of monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFAs), which are the same "healthy" fats. Unlike the thick fats you see in chunks from other cattle, so I guess it is better.
