The police don't want to be a part of this either. They are out there because it's their job. The military generals know that what they are being forced to do is from an idiot and a minion who threatens their careers if they walk out on him. They will not applaud either of them. But in the end, you can not say, "I was under orders." Once you are asked to do something you know to be wrong, you are going to have to make a choice one way or another.
This is a tipping point moment! Soon the military will do the same. After Trumps passing, normalcy will return. GOP members will lose the fear of retribution. Balances with market and political correctness will trend.
When I was a wild young teenager I called them pigs, smoked pot and skipped school. Before turning 14 yrs old I was seriously harmed and in that moment I developed absolute respect for honest hard working policemen. I'm 69 now and that respect has only deepened. Our America now scars the crap out of me. I'm grateful for these officers and so many others across the nation who continue to do a damn good job.🥰
