Those tomatoes have already been harvested.What's left is the fruit that was too ripe to harvest and ship. I've lived out there for years.And have seen it many times and they have mechanical harvesters for tomatoes and other plants. they will come through and turn all of those over into the soil to keep the soil fertile for next year. The only thing missing in your video are the thousands of wet bags that would go out there and collect all of those tomatoes for free.
