They’re not working now, but has work been accomplished at a reasonable pace? Boss get paid per job and pays employees per hour, why do we keep thinking this math works? Pay me per job as well and I work faster and we all make more money, they do this to extent with managers bonuses, but can some explain why not for all levels to allow pride and ownership in one’s work?
