It is not virginia as a whole but a handful of left wing liberal cities that continue to obstruct the law. This is the reason Abigail sbamberger cannot be elected as governor as she will continue to Push democrats socialistic ideology. NO DUDES in our girls sports and locker rooms!
If you let a male enter the bathroom with my granddaughters and I find this out I will sue you and the school board plus the school that lets this happen cause you know that it’s not right. So better get your lawyers ready.

Here, let me help out your legal counsel: on January 9, 2025, a Federal District Court in KY struck down the Biden administration’s Title IX regulations, ruling in part that a person's picked gender has no place in a determination of sexual discrimination; basis is whether one is either a male or a female. OR, ME, CA, VA...the storm is coming!!! Princeton University is on solid ground in not allowing a transwomen (who is suing them based on NJ state law) to participate in a track meet. The State of NJ; not so much. Wagner College and Penn State agreed that they were wrong. Looks like U of MD is on DOE radar too; good! It's against the law (Title IX) to allow males to displace females in sports and to use their facilities. Stop the sex discrimination in the other 15 or so states as well!
