This is an example of "it takes a village to raise a child", with wisdom. Too bad most people are trying to run your children over just for crossing the street instead of looking out for them like this neighbor. You have to install a sense of being and work ethic in the youth so they can understand what work is and it takes work to get (earn) what you want instead of stealing from somebody else that's working hard. Get a job.
