My neighbor didn't secure their 2 dogs on a leash and they went after my 12 yr old dog. That is pack behavior. It just takes once off the leash for them to attack and harm a person or other animal. There was an attack this summer in which a 73 yr old woman was killed by several dogs. I think they were caine corsu.
