Every person or other dog that has been attacked, was attacked by a dog that the owner thought would NOT do it!!! Otherwise, they would have had better control of their animal at the time it happened!!! All the owners are delusional and think they should be "above the law" and public norms! Dozens of children and people are killed every year by dogs, whose owners never thought it would happen to them!!! Look up the stats, if you don't believe me! I have my Yorkie trained to be off a leash and registered as a service dog and people always have something to say because they can't handle their dog. when your dog is happy and content it has no reason to run away, think about that

Sure but you never know when they get triggered. Good on her for training but it makes others nervous when dogs are not on leash. Something for people like her who are trainers to think about when in public places. I think it’s valid to worry about what the unleashed dog could do.
