Thing is though, the cop didn’t have the right, I think to just start checking like that. Once it swung, it shows the cop was wrong, therefore he DIDNT have the LEGAL BASIS to start touching shit anyways, that said, since that was illegal EVERYTHING ELSE found AFTER THE FACT is DEEMED INADMISSIBLE.
