if you are really paying attention look at the flag on the ship and then look at the flag on the side of the soldiers military equipment and you will see that that is an American aiming an RPG at one of our own ships but he's testing something I don't believe he's going to shoot an RPG at our own people that would be very stupid

The guy with the RPG is a Navy SWCC (Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewman). The boat he's on is a 11meter RIB. The other vessel is a Navy LCU (landing craft utility).
