All I gotta say if she really is having problems, walking in very high-heeled shoes ir won't make it easier to walk, but yes...walking on cobblestones and maybe getting a heel stuck in a crevice is dangerous and asking for a helping hand to help steady you is prudent and shows intelligence instead of stupidity.

Walked on cobblestones in Ireland and Scotland. I was in flats and still had trouble. Not to mention they weren’t wet and I wasn’t wearing 6 inch heals.
