Deliciousness on the hoof! Not much better than elk meat. That must have been a smaller bull than he was after. I love bugling in September bulls. Before the wolves ruined my area, I used to call in some nice bulls. Now they stopped bugling, I called in a few wolves this year.

My friend was hunter and fished all his life. He’d run miles, with the carcass on his shoulders. He’s older now and feeds squirrels and rabbits. Doesn’t own a gun or compound bow. He is a great fisherman still walks all around lakes casting!💕🇺🇸

I was working in Colorado and felt like something was following me. I turned around there was an L sniff in the back of my head when I turned around, he saw how ugly I was he ran, but I’ve had him follow me. I’m hungry or what? Oh, they read the papers when season is open they’re not so friendly but otherwise they’re in my front yard.
You know what I miss. The Smoky Mountains the way they used to be. every time you drove from Cherokee North Carolina to Tennessee you were guaranteed to at least see one big animal, usually several. That was about 35 years ago. I drove that same road 8 times last year and didn't see one. Funny thing is I open carry, and eat meat. But I don't hunt. They're survival and there's enjoyment from causing another creature pain for fun. We are taking too much, and we all know it...
