Anyone who thinks this Mom is a rat, are the same ones that would beg their girlfriends to take a charge for them, because they’re not man enough to take it themselves.

Absolutely she did, her first priority is her children, not her brother's stupid-ass friend.

When my husband wrecked my pickup drinking and driving, I wrote a witness statement 6 pages long 😅 It seriously strained the marriage for a while and cost us almost $70k, but it got him sober and saved multiple lives in the long run.

She's gotta look out for her family first, the driver should've manned up and gone out to speak to them from the start.

ya no aint no way imma ever go down for hiding or abetting a fugitive from the law when I have children to think about. I have and will do the same. you mind your business ill mind mine but you bring your dirty laundry into my house where my kids reside that's a whole different story of idgaf what you think of me. my babies come first.

How do all these body cam clips end up all over the internet? I wouldn't want e1 knowing that I'm trying to do the right thing but still a snitch at the same time. I'd be afraid of repercussions.

What kind of question is that? Of course she did the right thing. If everyone wanted to do the right thing and report drunk drivers then we would have a hell of a lot less fatal accidents.

sorry but kids are a priority you wanna drink and drive don't go to a woman with kids to take care of, if she's any kind of good mother, you're going right where you belong, jail. to many of you drunks wanna kill women and children on the road.

She did the right thing. She don't want no parts of it and she has 2 kids. If she covered up for the guy, she'd go to jail and most likely lose custody of her kids.

My ex refused to give me my keys after he had been drinking and popped pills he got behind my back from my Aunt by marriage. I literally fought him for my keys. He pulled off and at 5 mph ran over an 8 yr old Collin Matherne , crushed his skull and he died on the scene.

Today’s society is soo messed up. They don’t think they should have to be responsible for any wrongdoing. They don’t even care about not doing something wrong in the first place, but they’re they’re even more pissed off when they get caught. Grow up.

Whatever negative spin y'all want to post, the officer already saw the vehicle, she's being honest and protecting her kids, and honestly sharing with law enforcement generally produces better outcomes. Just my opinion

as long as they dont confess there's no proof for a dwi, so then there's the fact she invited the cops in , so now we need to prove beyond a reasonable doubt who was actually driving if; of course the brother backs her then he may have been the driver or maybe I could come up with a million scenarios. moral of the story never give a statement or interview to cops

avator

Any sane responsible mature parent knows she did the only thing when police come knocking at your door where your kids lay their heads all bc someone else who doesn’t care about your well being decided to make stupid dumb criminal decisions?! Yeah I’m good..she said she just got work..she’s got two kids inside..& it’s clearly her house if she’s allowing police inside..this woman don’t got no time for these boys & their bad decisions!
