God Bless Him.Why is a Child that young allowed to be outside on such a busy street?Parents need to find a better Babysitter. Or if a Parent is supposed to be watching her, that needs to be investigated. Child too young to know where she lived. Child could have been killed by a car or kidnapped by a dangerous stranger. Child probably got a hard whipping when at her young age the Person responsible for her safety should be investigated. Again. God Bless that Man.

thank you sir for being kind and thoughtful of the child's well-being and if the grandparents are watching the child the parent needs to find someone else get another job and pay daycare like the rest of us that is very unsafe God bless you sir
