I have worked in the medical field for quite a while & you must advocate for your family members. From nursing homes, hospitals & rehab centers. When the facility knows that there are active family members it makes a difference.

I don't agree with the cussing part. But, I do understand how he feels. So many don't have anyone to fight for them. When they can't do it themselves. Word of GOD say " Speak up for those who can't speak up for themselves " The man not even moving! That's heartbreaking to see your parent, child, mother anyone in that state. Hopefully he's a praying man in his sleep. While not being able to respond. I hear a lot of people talk about how they were doing that. when they were sick like that. And couldn't speak. WOW!!!!

I know the son is acting obnoxious, but it’s all rooted in love. It’s often hard to not get mad at hospitals. If HiPPA allows, they could very easily show him the father’s “Medication Administration Report.” It’s at the nurse’s station or online. Staff could take a minute to describe what meds the patient takes, and why. He will understand there is a lot to take into account. They are not the people to diffuse a situation. If he’s in “hospice”, then the son needs to understand what that means. Sad all the way around.
I went thru the same thing with my 18 yr old son who died from a wreck he had just 2 months ago, the doctors saved his life, he had brain trauma, 2 brain bleeds, had to have a hole drilled in his skull to relieve the pressure, he was in a coma, on the ventilator, he was good in ICU but once they moved him to the 9th floor that's when it all went to shit! most of the nurses were strapping him down and leaving him like that and not changing him so we all had to take turns staying with him! it was outrageous how they were treating him, I even had the Dr come in and get on they azz! my baby got bed sores so bad, we had to start cleaning and changing him, this was LSU!! I cussed the hell outta the nurses
no one should be treated that way no Matter race or not we are all human we should never be treated like that by someone how is supposed to care for our love ones

They were doing the same thing to my dad. I had to ask for medication list and it turns out they were over medicating him. I demanded for the medication to be removed and now he’s being active and back to himself.
Imagine being a CNA. Sometimes it falls on you.

I do not trust hospitals with my love ones and I will never leave them in there by themselves, my nana was just in the hospital and I made sure they told me everything they was giving her. I knew every little thing that was going on cause you got me twisted if you think I wouldn't fight for her/them
people when you're elderly parents are in the hospital please have time to check on them and if you don't have anything to do be patient enough to sit with them you never know it could be you God bless him may he have a speedy recovery Jesus name amen
