I thought the hog may have been trained to up there, unaware it was so they could butcher him, bleeding out into the soil. I hate any of this stuff. it's no different than dogs, cats, horses... they'll bond solidly with horses and house pets, yet see no problem in butchering hogs, steer, goats, lambss, turkeys, etc. The larger and more intelligent a creature is, the harder I find it to see them as food. Fish, crabs, shrimp I see as different in that respect.

I have not eaten pig for close to a year. One day I thought I’ll get a barbecue sandwich. It made me sick as a doggy land a week later I had a grilled steak and same thing. You will realize after not eating certain things for a period of time your insides turn against you, taste and stomach. Fruits, vegetables, salads and nuts is my go to now. I’ve lost 30 lbs, changing my eating habits! I do love fish and turkey so I’ll continue those with moderation.
