Yup, charge them as adults. Maybe getting charged as an adult, and learning what that means, will wipe the smiles and laughs off their faces! Some of these kids are so lost, that they don't believe fire will burn them until it does.

Good for the parents to see their kid take responsibility for what they did. BUT that discipline should have started the minute that kid was born then there would be no tears shed and Grandma would have enjoyed her grandkids birthday .
