She had every right to defend herself! it happened so fast, it scared her, and she responded. wigs are 'mounted'! Yanking them is PAINFUL! That's ASSAULT! File CHARGES! The 21-year-old knew better than to do that. He’s grown up then to snatch a wig off of older lady and she probably didn’t know why he was running back at her and yeah, I don’t blame her for spraying with pepper spray. She’s just protecting herself.

whether they have cancer or not...a lot of ppl have alopecia? and it's an unfair unjust illness that ppl are very insecure about...losing their hair is very heartbreaking TO THEM for a lot of reasons...shoot even a woman WITH zero hair issues, wanting a change of appearance for the day...taking that time... doesn't need some jerk running by snatching wigs, some wigs cost A LOT of money too. like more than a car payment! (SO DON'T TOUCH IT!) I do believe it would be classified as assault. not sure if it's felony assault or not. He definitely got karma...but I think she was too close maybe? when she sprayed him.
